Legal education:
Mr. Rentería graduated from the Law Faculty at Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, in 2000.
Trajectory:
Mr. Rentería had the position of Actuary at the H. Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration of the city of Chihuahua, from October 1st, 2000, to September 31, 2001. Later he became the Secretary of Agreements of the H. Special Board Number Two of Local Conciliation and Arbitration in the city of Chihuahua, during the period of September 2001 to March 2002. From March 2002 to December 2004, he had the position of Secretary General H. Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration of the city of Chihuahua.
In 2005, he took office as the Head of Labor Affairs and Legal Representative in labor matters, both in individual and collective affairs of the UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE CHIHUAHUA, a position he serves to date. He has been in direct charge of the negotiations in the revisions of collective labor contracts that the institution has entered in to with the Union of Workers: Sindicato de Trabajadores al Servicio de la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua “Lic. Oscar Soto Maynez” and Sindicato del Personal Académico al Servicio de la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua.
In addition, he has worked as a Lawyer in several law firms, currently being the Founding partner and legal representative of REFLO CONSULTORÍA LABORAL EMPRESARIAL S.C. (RF LEGAL).
