The Firm counsels national and foreign clients, offering them the legal assistance related to the incorporation of businesses; companies; associations and partnerships; as well as with the documentation of all the company’s legal documents -like powers of attorney, proxies, warrants, book keeping, shares, etc.-. The Firm provides legal assistance related to environmental issues in order to help those companies that handle and use, or create dangerous residue, atmospheric emissions and unloading of residual water and others to comply with the strict regulations related to the use, import, export, transportation, recycle, storage and final disposition of those residues.

It is of relevant importance to have the necessary methods in order to make the authorities comply with the Constitutional provisions. The Juicio de Amparo (Amparo Litigation) is the right way to enforce Constitutional provisions and rights.

Labor Representation.
Since the beginning, the Firm has been performing at an outstanding level in the Labor and Social Security area. The Firm’s members of this area have specialized knowledge of the needs of a company and its officers and directors which combined with the close relation that the Firm has with the Labor Law authorities of Chihuahua’s State and other states gives our clients a better chance to reach their goals.

The Firm represents foreign companies that seek to enter the Mexican market through distribution, agencies, franchises and subsidiaries.
The Firm advises foreign companies doing business in Mexico in different aspects like joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, competition Law, license, distribution and franchising agreements, organization of branches and subsidiaries, global trade market and intellectual property registration programs. It also advises clients on the establishment of foreign in-bond factories (“maquiladora”) facilities and industrial plants, including local labor, consumer and environmental regulations affecting such facilities.

Companies’ obligations may not be in compliance with tax regulations; when this situation arises the tax authorities may impose sanctions, charge contributions, surcharges, and others.
